Dogwood Fine Arts Festival
Dowagiac's spring arts festival brings readings by visiting authors, concerts, art shows and a downtown art walk, and has commissioned public sculpture for the city.
About ten days in mid-May (we have found no festival since 2019: ask locally).
From the record. Began in 1995, pairing visiting sculptors with local donors who commissioned public art (City of Dowagiac).
