Road to Town, Cassopolis, Mich., on an old real-photo postcard
Road to Town, Cassopolis, Mich., about 1908 to 1915. Private collection.

Cassopolis, Mich. A century ago this is how you told someone you were thinking of them: a picture of your town on the front, a few lines on the back, and a stamp.

Every card in the old postcard gallery now has a button under it: Send this postcard. Write who it’s to, your message and your name, and the back of the card is laid out as you type.

Then share it straight from your phone, or save the picture to post, text or print.

Nothing you write is sent to Project Scroll. The card is made on your own phone or computer.
